Shipping costs are free for orders of $150 or more (before taxes).
There is a $12 charge for orders of $149 or less.

We process and ship orders within 5 business days of receipt.
We use Canada Post and Courier Plus which deliver orders on average in 2 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the fit and comfort of the clothes you buy from Cherry Bobin. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a refund.

The garment must be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order and must not have been worn (be in perfect condition with its cardboard label).

Returns are free for pieces paid for $80 or more (before tax).

For pieces paid for less than $80 (before taxes), we will retain $10 to cover return shipping costs.

We don't do exchanges as such...We find it more efficient to refund you the pieces that don't fit and that you place a new order. This allows us to send you the new songs immediately, without having to wait for the return by post.
